If you failed to redeem your access code of WebAssign and received below error,



Please troubleshoot your problem as the following:


1) Make sure you have entered the access code correctly. The red bold letter in"CengageInt-RMY......" is not  the lowercase of "L", but the uppercase of "i".


2) Make sure you didn't register the access code for another account or another WebAssign course.


3) If your problem isn't solved, send an email to asia.techsupport@cengage.com for help.
